Man oh man its been a long time, hasn't it? I've been really busy lately, and I will most definitely check out all the new drawings and such on here.
But finally...yes..its true...I have made....you guessed it...

A DRAWING THAT IS NOT OF A CELEBRITY, AND COMES FROM NO COPYRIGHTED MATERIAL (except my own that is)

Which means, that I can post it on this site!

As I was doing this drawing, and letting out all sorts of curses because the fur was so *&(^*&$ hard, I thought, who better than my pals over at Scribble Talk to give me some tips!

It is of my sister Liana and her puppy Kynzie. Done with 2B and HB pencils, kleenex, and stubs.

Wow, that's so smooth! (not to mention ADORABLE!!) and you pulled off the furr really well...

The only c&c I can make is that the darker shadow running down from the puppy's eye doesn't quite scan as a shadow, it looks like a dark streak.

i'm not a dog person but only thing i see is the need for a highlight on the dog's nose. otherwise I like...it's an unusual pose.

Thankyou. The advice about taking family and friends pictures was a good idea. The only problem now is that my sister Liana is the only one who will LET me take her picture lol.

Awww, this is really cute, love the pose. I agree with Arlene, it could use a highlight on the nose but otherwise it's wonderful.
