Finally Finished [Archive]

Hi, i found a reference photo of Gemma's lovely Rotweiller in the ref library and mailed Gemma to ask if i could try drawing Brand-o, she said yes so i started him.
Comments welcome of course. I have about 15 hours in this so far, still a long way to go yet. The photo is in the ref library if you want to go see it.

Thank you all so much for your comments. I love doing graphite work, especially animals and people.
Gemma i hope you told Brand-o and showed him too - what did he say?
I will get back to it as soon as i can and post another wip too.

Well i finally finished this Rotweiller. I knew it was finished as i started to fiddle with it and that is a sure sign to STOP. LOL.
It's approx 12 x 15 inches, and took me a long time to do.

Many, many thanks for the comments everyone- they are grately appreciated. He took me a lot of hours to do but i did enjoy doing him.

You've done a wonderful job on my Baby Brand-O. Is there a way you could post a larger picture of it? It would help to see you detail better.

Oh and i spelt Rottweiler wrong too earlier - sorry. (spelt right this time)
