I am so glad that I found such wonderful and supportive artsie people here. It's like the old neighborhood! It's a fun group of people who are here at this site, and I look forward to posting here!
I guess a bit about me. Most of you know my history. I was a native Oregonian until I met my Texan husband on the internet  about 10 years ago. I was going to college at that time getting my degree in sign language interpretation. Richard and I had visited back and forth during the four years I was at school and decided that it was looking real good, so I decided to do my last term of school (we could choose where we did our final internship) in Texas--to see if this would be a lasting relationship. Well, it was and I have become a Texan for the last eight years. I have learned to use "ya'll" in every other sentence and now am working on slipping in words like "fixin-to" and "yonder" and "fur-piece" (translation: it's not close by it's far away--but it's not said like "far" it's pronounced "fur").
I have drawn since I was two, my Mom saved a drawing I did of Mickey Mouse at that age and it's pretty darn good! LOL! I only started working in CP since about 1999 and I have learned a LOT since then and have a lot more to learn! I love it!
I look forward to posting here and interacting with all you fine people!
