Wow! THats really good.
Ahh, Sandy, you've done it again! How do you keep all this hard work going? How do you get inspiration? I love the shine on this horse... so sleek and healthy looking and strong. :p
Very nice Sandy.

LOOK! It's another gorgeous graphite by Sandy. Stunning, Sandy. Love the values in this. Everytime I see one of your posts I want to drag out my pencils again.
Thanks for sharing this with us.

Thanks so much!!!!; I'm sorry I forgot to say that this one is CHARCOAL, that's why I had it in the other thread.
I don't know Rose.....I seem to have the desire to draw all the time and the only time I loose that is if something tragic has happened in my life otherwise the light is always on over my drawing table.

another stunner, Sandy!!
Hi Sandy
It is so georgeous, love the eye and the shiny fur
a very minor thing: I feel the white "strong" line between neck and mane drags a bit too much attention, perhaps a light grey or some very light strokes combining nech and mane ??
anyhow - it is a winner

Thank you Denise and Lene............
I made some change in his neck, the curves were bothering me so I worked on them and I'm much more pleased, I sprayed and framed him now so this is it.

Beautiful work! I love the expressive darks! What kind of charcoal did you use, and on what kind of paper?
