... hello from Nicole

Hi all! :bye1:

For those who do not know me, or who want to hear it again -

I am a stay-at-home mom with two girls 2 & 6 years old. I graduated from Northern Illinois University in '97 (it only took me 7 years) with a degree in art education and am certified in the state of Washington and Illinois to teach K-12th grade. I've lived in Chicago, Arizona, Seatlle and now in Keene New Hampshire with my husband and daughters.

I hadn't done any art since college until last year and have since gained a few pounds from my love of eating while I draw. :o I have learned so much in the last year from my online friends - I am really questioning why I still have these student loans. :)

I am ready to have some fun with these pencils I just got in the mail! Coffee anyone? :)

Henriette - I haven't started anything new yet. I'm not sure what to do next. My sister really wants me to make her a drawing of a barn, so I may take a breather from my usual, and do that barn in the fog and snow I took. I really need to get out and take some reference photos. I'm clean out! I hate to make you wait! :)
