Is this 3-D? I see shadows on the background. Maybe a closeup would show the detail better. Can you give us some details?

Went to Iceland last summer and saw these little birds. Wanted to try one out for dinner but never saw them on the menu anywhere. They catch them in what looks like a butterfly net with a long pole handle. People will set on the cliffs and net them as they fly by. Saw one of the nets in a sports store there.

Just some trivia.

Bought our son (11) some puffin socks. :D

This is 2D. I did the piece on linen paper and spent many hours layering the color, especially the black to get it as dense as I wanted it to be.

Karen, I have a vivid imagination.......lol I see people with their pets on vacation, showing them off, and thought how they might feel if they switched places:D
