Hi Everyone,
When you see this,
"There seems to have been a slight problem with the database. Please try again by pressing the refresh button in your browser. An E-Mail has been dispatched to our Technical Staff, who you can also contact if the problem persists. We apologise for any inconvenience."
Please just hit the refresh for now and let me know if it persists. I am working with our webhost to try and figure out why this keeps happening. Sorry,,,, we're trying to get it all worked out for now.

Hi Guys,
It seems that the server people had an abusive user eating up all the server bandwidth unnecessarily so they had to suppend his usage. They are keeping a real close eye on things and tell us that things will be running much smoother from here on out.
Sorry for all of the trouble yesterday.
Gemma
Thanks so much for the explanation Gemma :) ,
I feel better knowing it wasn't down to my normal incompetence with this darn computer or my rubbish server.
So thank you!
Hugs,
ALI

Hmmm, OK, so, if it isn't to be done under "Edit Signature" like I thought, i decided to try "Avitar" (or, whatever that was :bangin: I think I have banged my head ne too many times... LOL, y'think? ;) ). So, I found the banner in storage (but, couldn't view it, of couse), and said for it to post. But, then it said it couldn't for another reason. Said it was too big. But, its what I downloaded from you. So, I KNOW its Ok. It's 2:30 a.m., here... I think I better head off. I'll try to call you tomorrow, Gemma.

Ladybug, are you trying to load your banner? If so, you don't have the beginning tag of your code there. It has to start with [img]. Try putting that in the beginning of your signature code and see if that works.
