pencil dust remover & pic

My husband showed me what he learned when he was in the drafting room at North American Rockwell. You know the loose stuff that is laying around the point of a sharpened pencil after you sharpen it? Flacky stuff. He was taught that you tape a piece of first aid guaze (sp) to the pencil sharpener (the kind that you can wrap around a wound. Wipe your pencil on it and it takes the little pieces right off. You don't have to use the brush. It stayes on the guaze. Rosemary

Good idea! Do you do that? Do you have a picture?

Other tips like this would make an interesting thread. (At least to me) I like to see what other people are using to stay organized and clean, etc. :)
