Hello- as expected we were hit with 6 inches of the white stuff in central Ia over the week end--so I was able to take more photos. I painted this scene tonight from those pics. pastel on prepared board--comments welcome--thank you tom

Hi Tom! :) BBBRRRR.:D Looks like you got all the snow in Iowa!:D In Ohio, were I live, we got an ICE Storm. Couldn't go anywhere for a couple of days because it was like a skating rink on my driveway!

Hi Tom,

I love the colors you are working with. The blues say it all this time of year, you've captured the temp in this one! We are supposed to wake to 10-12 inches in MA today. I've not slept, nor have I left my studio, I'm typing away on papers and taking an occassional CP break on the drafting table! I hate to go upstairs and see just how much snow there is out there, sure hope it's a nice looking at you've displayed above.

Nice work, Tom. Great colours, freezing cold blues with a hint of warmth in the grass (just a hint ;) )
