This was a commission , A Fallow deer named Shirley
Its 11"x 14" on Black Museum Board.

Here I transfered to the Museum Board
This is my version of underpainting
I'm just working out structure and light

I started on the Ears, I don't know why colors gettin alittle wild

I've gotten a nice painterly feel to thiis by rendering with long strokes

I did do another one for this client but it wasn't nearly as colorful and it was very tame, a really didn't like it much. I don't think I even scaned it :bangin:
